DriveRight® On-Board Reader






    The SmartCard On-Board reader is designed to be used as part of a complete DriveRight® SmartCard System.

    Using the On-Board reader, the driver inserts his SmartCard into the reader which obtains the driver's ID stored in the card and relays it to the console for authentication. At the end of a trip, driver presses a button on the On-Board Reader to copy the console's data to the SmartCard.

    Use the Desktop Reader at the office to download data from the SmartCard to the PC.

    One On-Board Reader is required for each vehicle. The On-Board Reader connects to the DriveRight 600 console in the vehicle.
